A BRIT

Here is the pictures from Sandy's british citizenship ceremony .

It was a lovely day the rains held off and was sunny ... there were about 25 people being sworn in at the ceremony.

Well here is where it started in France .... well it started before this when friends picked us up tuesday evening ... we got off the plane and went out to find them .... low and behold we were in switzerland they were in france... with an iron fence between us ?? What .. so we went to france via up the down stairs and drove though france to get to the Gite..... ok so you see how it all started now.

Bug bites ..

We are not sure what they were biting me but they were bastards!
It could have been horseflys, deerflies or blackflies... this is how they looked on my ankles ... by the next day they were puffed up twice the size..... HONEST I did not add any kind of baking soda or powder .. HEY perhaps I should have ...
I could not even wear proper shoes they were so infected ..

Niagara Falls first day in canada

well second really but whos counting.. here is niagara falls .. honeymoon capital of the world.. you can feel the rush of the falls and it draws you in ... something that I will never forget...

here i am in ontario canada with my lady sandy at her sister sues place,
She had a farewell bbq for us so that people could come over and see us instead of us going to see each and everyone of them.

I had a fantantic time, I was made more then welcome by all the family.
They called me chirper, limey, and certain things are best left unsaid!
It was all in good fun, good sense of humour and wonderful company.

I am sure they have a few things to say about me as well.
A special thank you to Frank ... he is an outsider who is made welcome... thanks Jan for putting us up in your house making us feel more then welcome there... home away from home.

I will always remember this time....

A visit from the Pope

Here is the Pope and a man from scotland .. hang on to your pants sister ...... he was married ... although ... there was another one there Tommy he used to wrestle for scotland .. single ..... hmmm dont think we got a picture of him throug.... to shy HA.










Here we are in murcia .. highest village in southern spain area... with one of the statues.... Literally breathtaking .. another brillant day out.. the weather while we were there was 20 to 30 degrees.... yippeee we both got a tan whilst there.

Here is a wonderful Paella we had at Eduardos bar... we had to order this two days in advance... as it is so popular and he would have fresh ingredients. It was unbelievably nice.. after we ate it he said ohhh usually that is for 4 people... boy did we feel like balloons after this.. how we drunk all that beer afterwords I dont know.
